1. Order Processing & Verification
- All standard orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
- Orders are confirmed via a verification phone call or WhatsApp message from our logistics team prior to dispatch.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery Charges: A flat rate of Rs. 200–250 applies to nationwide standard orders.
- Delivery Partners: We partner with Pakistan's top couriers including Trax, Leopards Courier, TCS, and PostEx to ensure punctual delivery.
Note on Bespoke Bridal Sets: For customized heavy bridal sets or orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, a minor advance token payment (20%) via bank transfer or mobile wallet may be required to confirm your reservation.
3. Parcel Receiving Guidelines
- Courier riders do not permit parcel opening prior to payment collection due to standard courier safety protocols.
- To protect your purchase, we recommend recording a continuous 30-second unboxing video when you open the outer flyer and jewelry box.
